Justification v. Sanctification
Most Christians today get confused between the extremes of legalism and libertarianism.
This happens because they haven’t been taught how the commands of God are unable to justify (save) a person, but are essential for a person's sanctification (growing in Christlikeness).

Revelation, Non-Crazy Style
Revelation meant something to the people to whom John wrote, around the year A.D. 95, under the persecution of the Roman emperor, Domitian.
​
Remembering this and reading Revelation as we would an Old-Testament prophetic book, we can see how Revelation was greatly practical in John’s day and how it has been, is, and will be practical for Christians of all times up to the return of Jesus.
